Quick acting – Property on market with full marketing materials in one business day (a Tuesday) after the decision to put the house on the market; many viewing appointments, marketing materials available on day one included photos and video of house and propertyaddress.com internet accessibility.
Attention to detail – Corrected errors in offers being prepared by agents. Found errors in offers which had gone through legal review.
Persistent – Made many calls to agents with prospective buyers encouraging then to have their clients make offers and coached agents who were having trouble getting their act together.
